Lori has been providing patient care and assisting Dr. Urbanek  as a Registered Dental Assistant since 1999.  She assists in all patient care from the initial consult through post-operative care.  Lori attended Nashville Technical College and received a license in Dental Assisting.  Lori is trained and certified in CPR and is educated through our on-site technical training. According to our patients,  Lori's friendly and compassionate attitude helps to make your oral surgery experience as pleasant as possible!

Julie is our Office Manager and "go to" person for Dr. Urbanek since 2005.   She is experienced in every aspect of the administrative delivery of our office and has worn many "hats" in our office including promotional activities, patient coordination, financial management, insurance processing, claims handling and verificaton. As our Office Manager she provides guidance and support to the staff so things run smoothly so all of our attention is on our patients!  Julie is trained and certified in CPR and has taken our on-site management courses. She ensures that the office runs smoothly and our patients are well cared for. 

Robin specializes in our TMJ Splint section of patient care as well as assisting Dr. Urbanek. She is a registered Dental Assistant and a graduate of Mississippi State University and has been with us since May 2010.  She is also trained and certified in CPR. Robin's focus is to make it known that your TMJ pain can be handled!  She provides the technical support of getting you through the TMJ splint processs from taking your impressions to making the splint just for you in our lab. If you have any questions regarding TMJ, Robin is here to help!

Amy provides patient care and assists Dr. Urbanek as a Dental Assistant.  She assists in patient care from the initial consult through post-operative care.  Amy graduated from Tennessee Technology Center of Knoxville as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1996.  She is also a Certified Surgical Technologist.  She received this certificaton in April 2011 from MedVance.  Amy is certified in CPR and BLS and is educated through our on-site technical training.  Amy helps make your oral surgery experience as smooth as possible!

   

Mary is our Insurance Manager.  She has years of experience working  in all aspects of insurance.  She verifies benefits for our patients and handles all medical and dental claims processing. Mary graduated from the University of Phoenix with an Associates Degree in Education and is currently working on her Bachelors Degree in Business.  Her complete knowledge of the mechanics of insurance makes her a valuable member of our team. She provides experience, ease and peace of mind to our patients!

 

Holly is our Patient Coordinator.  She is the friendly person that you will first meet at our office. Holly has ten years of experience in the Real Estate industry.  She will schedule your appointment, help you become registered, and guide you.  Holly gets you in touch with the appropiate staff member to answer all your questions, handles our patient charts and checks patients in.  Holly also coordinates with the clinical staff to relay information so they can serve you well.  If you would like an appointment with Dr. Urbanek, you can find Holly ready to assist you Monday - Thursday.
