Dr. Urbanek is a double degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Urbanek received his dental degree from Indiana University, his medical degree from Vanderbilt University, and he is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Urbanek has a special interest in aviation. He is the past President of a national organization called the Flying Physicians Association. During his year as President he established and organized a medical mission clinic in Jamaica. He has also done medical missionary work in Haiti. Dr. Urbanek has sponsored "The Way to Happiness" program in area high schools which encourages youth to get drugs off school grounds.


Dr. Urbanek is married to Ann-Marie. Their family includes Tony, Kelly, Nicole & Sam, and  granddaughters Savannah and Brooklynn.
